Botswana Meat Commission (BMC) is committed to maintain the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 standard in order to produce meat products and by-products of consistent quality and legality which meet statutory, regulatory and customer requirements.

To ensure food safety, BMC has implemented and will continue to maintain a Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) system that conforms to requirements of South African National Global Standard (SANS) 10330:2007 and British Consortium (BRC) Global Standard for food safety (Issue 6, 2011).
